레전드 걸그룹 'S.E.S.'가 신곡과 리메이크 곡이 어우러진 다채로운 10곡으로 구성된 데뷔 20주년 기념 스페셜 앨범 [Remember]를 발매한다.
이번 앨범에는 다수의 'S.E.S.' 히트곡을 만든 SM 대표 작곡가 '유영진'이 참여한 곡들뿐만 아니라 'S.E.S.' 세 멤버가 직접 작사한 곡, SM 총괄 프로듀서 '이수만'의 곡과 '여행스케치' 원곡의 리메이크 버전도 수록, 완성도를 높였다.
'S.E.S.'는 1997년 데뷔해 "I'm Your Girl", "Dreams Come True", "너를 사랑해", "Love", "Just A Feeling", "감싸안으며" 등 수많은 명곡으로 가요계를 휩쓸며 걸그룹의 시대를 열었던 1세대 레전드 걸그룹일 뿐만 아니라 14년만에 재결합, 'REMEMBER' 프로젝트를 통해 음원, 리얼리티 프로그램, 콘서트 등 다양한 형태로 팬들과 소통하고 있는 만큼, 새 앨범 역시 높은 관심을 받고 있다.

선공개 타이틀 곡 "Remember"은 미디엄 템포의 팝발라드로 세 멤버가 직접 쓴 가사에는 이번 앨범을 준비하며 느낀 감정과 팬들에 대한 진심을 담았음은 물론, 해외 팬들도 함께 즐길 수 있도록 영어 버전도 수록해 기대를 더했으며, 또 다른 타이틀 곡 "한 폭의 그림 (Paradise)"은 다수의 'S.E.S.' 히트곡을 만든 SM 대표 작곡가 '유영진'이 작곡, 데뷔 시절 'S.E.S.'의 음악 스타일을 대표한 뉴잭스윙 장르로 완성시킨 만큼, 히트곡의 탄생을 기대케 한다.
또한 세련된 멜로디 라인과 서정적인 가사가 인상적인 '그대로부터 세상 빛은 시작되고(The Light)'는 1989년 '이수만' SM 총괄 프로듀서가 발표한 곡으로, '유영진'과 '유한진' 작곡가가 R&B 발라드로 재해석, 웅장한 사운드가 귀를 사로잡으며, 포크 보컬 그룹 '여행스케치' 원곡의 "산다는 건 다 그런 게 아니겠니(Life)"도 'S.E.S.'의 보이스와 새로운 악기 구성으로 재탄생되어 색다른 느낌을 만나기에 충분하다.
