매회 시청률 상승 곡선을 그리고 있는 JTBC 새 금토드라마 ‘초콜릿’ OST Part. 3 정진우의 ‘Always be here’가 12월 8일 오후 6시 전 음원사이트를 통해 발매된다.

‘Always be here’는 극 중 주인공 문차영(하지원 분)과 이강(윤계상 분)의 메인 테마 곡으로, 1회부터 차영과 강이가 유년기에서 비롯된 아픔을 지니고 살아가지만 그 아픔을 밖으로 토로하거나 하소연하지 않고, 스스로를 달래 가며 담담하게 하루를 살아가는 모습을 보여주는 신에서 각각 여자와 남자 버전의 ‘Always be here’가 공개되어 시청자들의 궁금증을 자아낸 곡이다.

8일 먼저 발매되는 남자 버전의 ‘Always be here’는 가수 정진우가 가창을 맡아 부드러운 중저음의 목소리로 듣는 이로 하여금 잔잔한 감동과 위로를 전한다.

 

정진우는 SBS 경연 프로그램 ‘K-POP 스타’ 시즌 5에서 자작곡 ‘위성’으로 두각을 드러내며 시청자들에 눈도장을 찍은 실력파 보컬리스트로, 자신의 음악적 색깔을 선보이며 꾸준하게 활동하고 OST계 신흥강자로 거듭나 이번 가창 참여에도 기대를 높이고 있다.

최근에는 컨템퍼러리 R&B 장르의 ‘Nowhere(노웨어)’와 얼터너티브 R&B ‘Drowning(드라우닝)’이 수록된 더블 싱글 ‘Ignorance(이그노런스)’를 발표했다.

 

‘Always be here’는 가수 정진우에 이어 JTBC ‘스카이캐슬’ OST ‘we all lie’로 큰 화제를 모은 가수 하진의 목소리로도 들을 수 있으며, 하진 버전의 음원은 오는 14일 발매될 예정이다.
